Meet Our Team
AEM was founded in 1998 to focus on providing ecologically oriented water management in the Chicagoland area.
The staff includes dedicated biologists, ecologists, and trained professionals caring for the environmental integrity of each site. The firm manages over one hundred client sites annually, completing an array of projects in both the public and private sectors, from small garden ponds to 100+ acre lake/wetland/stream complexes. The goal of our services is to provide each client with both an aesthetically pleasing and ecologically balanced water feature. Well-maintained water features add to property value and proactive measures for pond protection can reduce future expenses.
